Hopeful News

We have many exciting activities happening around Hope Child Care within the next few months.

• All tuition payments need to be turned into the office by 12 noon in order to be included on the 2008 tax statement.  2008 tax statements will be available in early January.  If you have any questions, please call the office at 419-877-0091 or contact Amy.
• The January Scholastic Book Order will be passed out soon.  This order will be due on Tuesday, January 13th.
• In March, Hope Child Care will be participating in the Pennies for Patients.  This fundraiser helps the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  More information coming soon!
• A HUGE thanks to all of the families that participated in the Tastefully Simple fundraiser! We made over $600.00 for needed classroom supplies.
• Hope Child Care is now transporting children to Waterville, Monclova, and Lial Primary Schools!  There is an $8.00 weekly transportation fee for this service.  Please let us know if your family will be needing this new service.
• Medical statements need to be updated by your child's physician yearly.  Please check the newsletter to see when your child's medical is due.
• The Hope staff has found a wonderfully informative web site, www.illinoisearlylearning.org . This site is a powerhouse of knowledge that many educators utilize.
• The early content learning standards that Hope teachers follow can be found at the Ohio Department of Education web site.
